Ingredients
Purified water, glycerin, PEG-12 glyceryl distearate, Carthamus tinctorius (safflower) seed oil, cetyl alcohol, progesterone, sorbitan stearate, PEG-40 stearate, glyceryl sterarate, cyclo-methicone, tocopherol, phenoxyethanol, acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, disodium EDTA, sodium hydroxide, caprylyl glycol, ethylhexylglycerin, hexylene glycol.

Dosage and Use

Premenstrual and perimenopausal women: 1/4 tsp. twice daily starting on day 12 of the menstrual cycle continuing up to day 28.

Menopausal women: 1/4 tsp. twice daily for 21 days followed by 7 days off.

Apply to a different area every day.

Discussion with your healthcare practitioner and blood test-ing for progesterone, estrogen and testosterone is suggested.

Caution
