Calcium/Magnesium Powder is a good source of elemental calcium and magnesium for healthy people. It is best used as a buffering agent, added to acidic vitamins in solution to neutralize their pH. The presence of the acid will ionize the calcium and magnesium, greatly aiding their absorption.

Contains corn. This product contains NO milk, egg, fish, peanuts, crustacean shellfish (lobster, crab, shrimp), soybeans, tree nuts, wheat, yeast, gluten, or rice. Contains NO sugar, and no artificial sweeteners, flavors, colors, or preservatives.

Dosage and Use

Mix 1/2 level teaspoon once or twice daily in juice, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

Calcium/Magnesium powder can be added to acidic vitamins in solution to neutralize their pH.

Caution

If taken in high doses, Magnesium Oxide may have a laxative effect. If this occurs, divide dosing, reduce intake, or discontinue product.
