I take this supplement everyday, three times a day. Every other B Complex i have tried literaly made me sick.I love the precise dosages of each of the B-s. I know this is a high quality product, or rather i should say, my body knows it's of a premium quality.

I take Sam E and must take a good quality B complex vitamin in order to maintain proper homocysteine levels. This B complex is the best I have ever used. I take two in the morning, with breakfast, and one with dinner. There is no aftertaste nor are there any side effects. Great quality. LIfe Extension has stellar customer service, also.

I've needed supplemental B-vitamins for 50 years. This product provides what my body needs, produces energy, is easy to take, and is priced reasonably. If I take it on an empty stomach, I can get a niacin flush, which promptly goes away. No problem when I take it with food. I highly recommend this product.
