Dosage and Use

    I have almost daily headaches, some that come in cycles. I started taking MigraEase a little over a year ago. The headaches became more spaced out and were easier to relieve with medication. I was taking a capsule twice a day for several months; now I take one only occasionally. I would increase the amount if I felt the headaches were increasing in frequency or intensity. These really helped me.
