My fibrinogin level was 400. After taking the fibringin resist for 90 days, I ordered another blood test through LEF. My fibrinogen level dropped to 325. I will retest in 90 days. My goal is to reach the optimum level of 200.

I have been on 100 mg nattokinase with 50mg pycnogenol for 3 weeks. I was taking it for 4 days and noticed that the very uncomfortable pressure behind my eyes subsided. When I ran out of the tablets, the pressure returned on the 4th. day. I resumed taking this combination and within one day the eye pressure and grittiness was gone. I started this program as a prevention of Fibrinogen buildup due to my age along with a 500 mg Indian Gooseberry (Amla) supplement. What a great side effect. It is too soon to know if it affected my heart health.
