Ingredients
Purified water, glycerin, PEG-12 glyceryl distearate, Carthamus tinctorius (safflower) seed oil, cetyl alcohol, progesterone, sorbitan stearate, PEG-40 stearate, glyceryl stearate, cyclomethicone, tocopherol, phenoxyethanol, acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, disodium EDTA, sodium hydroxide, caprylyl glycol, ethylhexylglycerin, hexylene glycol. Contains no parabens.

Dosage and Use

Premenstrual and perimenopausal women: 6 pumps (1/4 tsp.) twice daily starting on day 12 of the menstrual cycle continuing up to day 28.

Menopausal women: 6 pumps (1/4 tsp.) twice daily for 21 days followed by 7 days off.

Apply to a different area every day.

Discussion with your healthcare practitioner and blood testing for progesterone, estrogen and testosterone is suggested.

Caution

Consult your physician before using this product if you have been diagnosed with a hormonal cancer, such as breast or prostate cancer. This product contains progesterone, a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer.
