To reduce meal size, take three softgels 30-60 minutes before the meal with the highest caloric content, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
To reduce snacking, you can take three softgels between meals.

This is an effective appetite suppressant, that is not a stimulant. I use it to bridge the time between when I get hungry, with nothing good to eat available, until I can get a nutritious snack or meal.
I begin every day with three of these.

Though these pills are large, I prefer that to the large number that would be necessary to otherwise equal the necessary dose. Just don't try to give them to children unless you plan to puncture them to give as a liquid. The taste is bland and inoffensive. The special ingredients in the formula are unavailable elsewhere. In combination with other sensible measures such as watching the glycemic index of my meals, I have lost about a pound a week without the usual nagging hunger. They seem to work better than hoodia for me. I am grateful and I look forward to receiving my next order with free shipping and handling.
