Green tea contains health-promoting polyphenols including epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), a powerful antioxidant which has been the subject of extensive scientific research. I've only been using these capsules about 1-2 months and will be in a better position to evaluate it after more time has passed. Right now, I notice no difference in my health.

I use the lightly caffinated version. The way I use it is to break the capsule open and pour it into my morning herbal tea. It dissolves quickly and the hot water extracts every last ounce of the active chemicals out because it has high amounts of polyphenols 710mgs, and egcg 325mgs. Then I use honey and lemon with it, mix, and I've got a great way to start the day!

Specif use is for rashes of unknown origin but not related to poision oak, etc. When I stopped taking the product the rash(s) would appear again over time. Excellent overall benefits.
