        I have read research that leads me to believe this has beneficial effects. The nature of those effects, and that I have not taken this for more than 3 months makes it hard for me to point to anything I have experienced that says this is of benefit or not for me at this point in time. Based on what I have read in research, I will continue to use it.

          I take this product daily in combination with LEF Sesame Lignans and Fish Oil caps. After a short time I noticed a pleasant rush in my fingers when relaxing and practicing deep breathing. This tingle is showing me my small blood vessels are very elastic which I believe is the result of taking Endothelial Defense caps. 4 stars!
