Pycnogenol is one of the few supplements that truly qualifies as a "super supplement. It is the most clinically studied ingredient in the entire supplement industry. It has been proven effective in human studies for a wide variety of cardiovascular, insulin, joint, eye, women's and skin health concerns, among other health issues. If someone were to ask me what one supplement would I recommend to everyone concerned about promoting the health of their body from head to toe, I would not hesitate to say "Pycnogenol"!

I used this product may years ago for my husband , which was suggested for memory after a brain event, it really helped his concentration and focus. I had forgot about it until I recently read an article suggesting this for the brain and memory. I tried it and feel much clearer mentally, (the fog is gone) after just a few days. I look forward to the benefits for skin improvement, so this will be my daily regiment for better overall health.

Works great to keep your skin young

I had been taking pycnogenol for years for my skin. A couple of months ago I decided I couldn't afford it. Now several months later I'm starting to see an increase in the lines under my eyes, a significant increase. I'm going to find a way to afford it and never run out again. You need to take it everyday for the long term to get the benefits. I won't let myself run out again!

Must Have Product for "creping" skin

I take this product daily to help revive my skin texture, and boy does it work! Better then any external product I have tried. Skin tone and texture on my arms, neck, and knees has greatly improved. It did take a couple of months before the results were obvious, but now I am a believer.

Soft Skin

I have been using this for about 6 wks. and around 3-4 wks I noticed that my skin was not as dry on my arms and legs. Then I noticed my face was not dry either. I am bad about forgetting to put enough lotion on and this makes it unnecessary (I still moisturize my face). This is one supplement that will become part of my core regimen.
