Bone Restore combines critical bone boosting nutrients into one superior formula. Bone Restore includes highly absorbable forms of calcium and boron, along with vitamin D3, magnesium, zinc, manganese, and silicon. Bone Restore is now available with or without vitamin K2 (MK-7).
Bone Restore contains magnesium citrate, which is one of the most absorbable forms of magnesium. Maintaining an optimal vitamin D blood level also helps maximize calcium absorption.

Comments about Life Extension Bone Restore with Vitamin K2, 150 capsules:
I have to cut down the dosage so I don't get so much calcium. This also reduces the other ingredients that I am interested in, such as Vitamin K2. I haven't used this product long enough to determine its efficacy.

I like the oombination of calcium, vitamin K and D. I also like the fact that there isn't too much vitamin D as I have found to be sensitive to getting too much.

In spite of the number of capsules needed to be taken daily, and the large capsule size (due to the amount of calcium, and other ingredients), I love this product for two main reasons. One is the forms of calcium it contains (Albion Labs DimaCal & TRAACS calcium bisglycinate). These are two of the premier forms of calcium in the supplement industry. They are extremely well absorbed and gentle on the body. The other reason I love this product is the forms of some of the other nutrients (vitamin K as MK-7, Zinc as Zinc Bisglycinate, and Boron as patented FruiteX B). If I still owned a vitamin store, I'd sell a lot of this product.

Capsules too big

I have taken Life Extension Mix tablets for years. I was eager to try the calcium and it may be a good product but there are too many capsules to take daily and they are too big.
