| Dosage and Use |
 |
Begin using Peri-Gum® by adding about 5 drops to about 1/2 ounce of water (enough to rinse mouth). |

Vigorously work mouthwash between teeth and gums for at least 30 seconds (the longer, the better). |
|
Gradually increase up to 25 drops per 1/2 ounce. |
|
Use at least twice a day, especially at bedtime, after completion of your normal dental hygiene (brushing, etc.). |
|
To achieve residual benefits of Peri-Gum®, avoid eating and drinking for at least 1/2 hour after use. | |
