The Foundation vs.The FDA
The greatest obstacle to longer life is the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), which blocks medical progress and prevents Americans from learning about and obtaining safe-and-effective therapies. To provide its members with the information and therapies they need for optimal health and longevity, The Foundation has been challenging the authority of the FDA since 1980. In response, the FDA has been trying to destroy The Foundation by putting its leaders-Saul Kent and William Faloon-into prison, thus far without success. The war between The Foundation and the FDA is covered extensively in The Foundation's unique newsletter The FDA Raid Report, which is carried periodically in The Foundation's monthly LIFE EXTENSION MAGAZINE.
