Life Extension Member Rewards Categories
As a Life Extension member, you fall into one of four categories, which provide value-added Life Extension member rewards. Member Rewards categories are based on your Life Extension Foundation Buyers Club total purchases (minus returns or refunds) for the twelve-month duration preceding the day on which you renew your membership. New members are automatically Valued Level.
Valued Level
Eligibility: Spend up to $1,199.99 in total purchases (excluding any refunds or returns) from the Life Extension Foundation Buyers Club during a one-year period. Valued members receive:
- All the standard Life Extension benefits (described in section I), which include the Life Extension Magazine subscription, the member discounts on quality supplements, the mail-order blood testing program, and unlimited toll-free phone access to knowledgeable Health Advisors.
- Program partner discounts and services, which are described in detail in section VI.
Silver Level
Eligibility: Spend $1,200 to $2,999.99 in total purchases (excluding any refunds or returns) for the twelve months prior to renewing, or purchase a three-year membership, and you will be categorized as a Silver Member for the length of your new Life Extension membership period. Silver members receive:
- All the benefits of a Valued Member, plus:
- Free protocol updates via e-mail, based upon your interests.
Gold Level
Eligibility: Spend $3,000 to $4,999.99 in total purchases (excluding any refunds or returns) for the twelve months prior to renewing, or purchase a five-year membership, and you will be categorized as a Gold Member for the length of your new Life Extension membership period. Gold members receive:
- All the benefits of Valued and Silver members, plus:
- Free unlimited one-year subscriptions for family and friends.
- Free exhibit hall entrance to trade shows and conferences (upon request) at which Life Extension is an exhibitor (complimentary passes are limited and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis).
Platinum Level
Eligibility: Spend $5,000 or more in total purchases (excluding any refunds or returns) for the twelve months prior to renewing, and you will be categorized as a Platinum Member for the length of your new Life Extension membership period. Those who purchase lifetime memberships are also categorized as Platinum members. Platinum members receive:
- All the benefits of Valued, Silver, and Gold members, plus:
- Free shipping class upgrade to UPS 2nd Day Air for all orders.
- Scheduled phone appointment with a Health Advisor.
- Free unlimited six-month memberships for family and friends.
Member Rewards Program Category Change
On the date you renew your membership, your total Life Extension Foundation Buyers Club purchases, minus returns or refunds, for the previous twelve months will be calculated and your new Member Rewards category determined. |
