As a Life Extension Foundation member, you are classified into one of four categories, which provide value-added Life Extension member rewards. These Member Rewards categories are based on your Life Extension Foundation Buyers Club total purchases (minus returns or refunds) for the twelve-month duration during one of the two following periods: a) the twelve months preceding October 1, 2004, which is the launch date of the Member Rewards program, or b) the twelve months preceding the day on which you renew your membership. These Member Reward categories are: Valued, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
Valued Level
Eligibility: Spend up to $1,199.99 in total purchases (excluding any refunds or returns) from the Life Extension Foundation Buyers Club during a one year period. Valued members receive:
- All the standard Life Extension Foundation benefits, which include the Life Extension magazine subscription, the member discounts on quality supplements, the mail order blood testing program, and toll-free phone access to knowledgeable advisors
- Partnership programs discounts and services
Silver Level
Eligibility: Spend $1,200 to $2,999.99 in total purchases (excluding refunds or returns) for the twelve months prior to renewing, or purchase a three-year membership, and you will be categorized as a Silver Member for the length of your new Life Extension membership period. Silver members receive:
- All the benefits of a Valued Member, plus:
- A quarterly newsletter that targets your personal health concerns based on your input
- Based upon your interest, you will receive free protocol updates via email
Gold Level
Eligibility: Spend $3,000 to $4,999 in total purchases (excluding any refunds or returns) for the twelve months prior to renewing, or purchase a five-year membership, and you will be categorized as a Gold Member for the length of your new Life Extension membership period. Gold members receive:
- All the benefits of Valued and Silver members, plus:
- Priority when you call to order products or speak to a health advisor
- Free Disease Prevention and Treatment book on CD-ROM whenever major revisions or newer editions are released. Please note that the most up-to-date protocols can be found right here on our website
- Free entrance to trade shows and conferences in which the Life Extension Foundation is an exhibitor
Platinum Level
Eligibility: Spend $5,000 or more in total purchases (excluding any refunds or returns) for the twelve months prior to renewing, and you will be categorized as a Platinum Member for the length of your new Life Extension membership period. Members who purchase lifetime memberships are categorized as Platinum members. Platinum members in this category receive:
- All the benefits of Valued, Silver, and Gold members, plus
- Free shipping class upgrade to UPS 2nd Day Air for all orders, except during annual Super Sale
- In-house or telephone appointment with a health advisor
- Unlimited free six-month gift subscriptions for family and friends Member Rewards Program Category Change
When you renew your Life Extension Foundation membership, you will automatically be sent an updated Life Extension membership card with your new expiration date. On the date you renew your membership, your total Life Extension Buyers Club purchases, minus returns or refunds, for the previous 12 months will be calculated and your new Member Rewards category determined. |
