Is there a waiting period before I begin receiving benefits?
No. Your Member Rewards benefits start as soon as you join the Life Extension Foundation. All new members are sent a Life Extension Foundation membership card with their new membership kit. Renewing members are sent an updated card with their renewal gifts.
Is there a fee to participate in the Member Rewards Program?
There is no fee to participate in Life Extension’s Member Rewards Program.
How do I enroll in any of the partner programs?
Some program partners ask that you mention a specific plan code or that you show your Life Extension Foundation membership card. Please refer to section VI for details on each partner program.
Will Life Extension be adding any other benefits to the Member Rewards Program?
New program partners and reward-level benefits updates are posted as they are added on the Member Rewards page.
If I renew my membership early, what time period do you use to determine my Member Rewards category?
If you renew your membership early, your Member Rewards category will be determined based on the previous twelve months activity from the date you renew your membership. Your member expiration day will remain the same but be extended by a year, based on your renewal purchase. For example, if you are due to expire on February 28, 2012, and purchase your one-year renewal on February 1, 2012, your member rewards classification will be based on your purchases from February 1, 2011, to January 31, 2012. And the new expiration date of your Life Extension Foundation membership will be February 28, 2013.
If my category changes just one or two months after I renew my membership, will I receive a new membership card reflecting my new membership status?
Your status will only change when you renew your yearly membership. At that time, you will receive a new membership card reflecting your new status, based on your previous twelve months’ purchases.
What if I lose my membership card?
Just call Life Extension at 1-800-544-4440, and we will gladly send you a replacement card.
Can I get an additional card for an immediate family member?
